Everyone needs a good pep talk now and then, my self included! I get down periodically and say to myself “What do you think your doing Patricia, You are no Tony Robbins, how can you inspire anyone?” Of course that is just my inner critic (let’s name her “Poor” Patricia) trying to play the victim, feeling sorry for herself. So I had to introduce “Poor Patricia” to my inner Cheerleader “Positive” Patricia These 2 are always fighting ( you know what I am talking about, we all have 2 sides).

When I think positive, stay in my own lane, by not comparing myself with others, and work on building good habits, the easier it is for “Positive” Patricia to win those internal fights” So Pep Rally Friday is to keep that positive side of you going, and to help you realize you can beat the odds, achieve your goals and live a life of abundance and peace. You just need to decide to change your perspective on things, and start. You are the only one that can make yourself happy! Let’s get motivated!!!
