Here are some tools to help you move past some of the fears.

Don’t panic, plan instead. Plan for the future, study that subject that could get you to the next level in your career. This is time to do it.
Live in the present, repeat gratitudes daily, you can not be fearful when you live in gratitude.
Find ways to give back, when you are helping others, you won’t dwell on yourself, besides when you help others, it is proven that happiness follows.
Don’t forget to breathe.

Everyone needs a nudge at times, as it is easy to get trapped in old behaviors. It’s normal, so don’t beat yourself up! Take action, even it is just a baby step!
